It's all good. In the case of my experiences, I am thankful I endured those scenarios, and much like your breakdown, I refined my senses to sniff out low quality ppl. It's still hard. One or two sneak by occasionally, but it's a good reminder to treat the good ppl around you as best as you can, because I've realized they are sometimes harder to find.
